Architecture Overview
From Admin Request to Verified Learning Record
A five-plane pipeline turns a single approved request into published, competency-mapped
training inside a dedicated SejalLearn instance — with an AI concierge/tutor layered on top
and every learner interaction captured as a vendor-neutral xAPI record.
Five-plane training content platform architecture
Control plane leads to Orchestration, Worker, Data, and Delivery planes in sequence. SIERA, an AI concierge and tutor, sits inside the Delivery plane. Delivery, Worker, and SIERA all emit activity to a Learning Record Store.

Command Center
L&D admins launch, monitor, and approve content builds through a dedicated UI & API — with no direct exposure to orchestration.
LittleHorse Workflows
Durable, resumable, auditable workflows coordinate every stage: ingestion, authoring, review gates, media generation, and publication.
Stateless AI Workers
Independently scalable, swappable workers handle authoring, assessment generation, video/media production, and localization.
Catalog & Knowledge Graph
A structured content catalog, competency/knowledge graph, and vector store — searchable and relationship-aware, not a flat file library.
SejalLearn Instance
Content publishes directly into a dedicated, branded instance of SLS’s cloud LMS — the single delivery target.*

SIERA
AI CONCIERGE · COACH · TUTOR

Learning Record Store
VERACITY · xAPI · VENDOR-NEUTRAL
Every learner interaction — course starts and completions, assessment results, video engagement, and SIERA conversations — is emitted as an xAPI statement, giving a queryable training record independent of the delivery LMS. A first-class part of the buildout, not an add-on.
* Publishing to LMS platforms other than SejalLearn is available, but not included in the standard engagement.
